Built for South Philly rowhomes
We know your house, because it's the only kind we work on.
Flat roofs, narrow basements, shared walls, radiator networks, three stories of uneven heat. National outfits guess at this stuff. We've been doing it on these blocks for years.
Flat roofs & rooftop units
Safe condenser mounting and vent exits where suburban crews won't go.
Tight alleyways & party walls
Line-set routing through shared-wall construction without the mess.
Radiator & forced-air mixes
We service the odd hybrid setups that older Philly homes actually have.
Three-story uneven heating
Air balancing for the classic hot-top-floor, cold-ground-floor problem.
Our specialty jobs
The work other shops won't touch.
No ductwork. No wall demo.
Ductless Mini-Split Installation
High-efficiency comfort retrofitted into historic rowhomes, zone by zone, with the outdoor unit mounted clean on brick or the flat roof.

A large HVAC company came out and immediately told me I needed to replace my entire system. My neighbor recommended Vic for a second opinion. He was able to come out, find the actual issue, and took the time to explain how he can fix it.
