Most of our service area is rowhomes, and rowhomes have their own rules. The side walls are shared, so outdoor units go in front, in back, or on the roof. The basements are narrow, so equipment has to fit through tight turns. Heat rises three stories, so the top floor bakes while the first floor stays cold.
